Refund policy

Bespoke & Non-Returnable Items

All fabrics and trimmings are cut to individual customer specifications and are therefore considered bespoke. These items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Quality Checks & Damaged Items

Every item is thoroughly checked by our team before it is sold. In the unlikely event that an item is received as damaged, we will be happy to consider an exchange or refund, provided the customer presents a valid receipt and reason.

  • A refund or exchange will only be processed once the item(s) have been returned to us and re-inspected by our quality control team.
  • Items damaged due to natural wear and tear are not considered faulty.
  • Many of our products are delicate, with some being hand-embroidered and hand-crafted. Over time, embroidery may become displaced. This is a natural characteristic of the manufacturing process and is not regarded as a fault.
