Do you sell fabrics by the metre?
Yes. Some of our fabrics are sold by the metre. This will be clear on the individual product description. If you order more than one metre, we will cut your fabric as one continuous length wherever possible. For example, if you order 3 metres, you will receive a single 3-metre piece.
Can I return or exchange fabrics?
Because all fabrics and trimmings are cut to your individual measurements, they are considered bespoke and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
The only exception is if the item is received as damaged or faulty. In this case, please contact us at info@newrainbowtextiles.com within 7 days of receipt and we will assist you.
Do your prices include VAT?
Yes. All prices shown on our website include 20% UK VAT. A VAT breakdown is provided on your order confirmation and invoice.
How long will my order take to arrive?
For UK deliveries:
- Standard delivery: 1–2 working days
Orders are shipped via trusted UK couriers (Royal Mail or DPD). You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we are launching with UK-only shipping. We do plan to expand internationally in the future. If you are outside the UK and would like to purchase, please contact us at info@newrainbowtextiles.com.
Can I see the fabrics in person before buying?
Yes. You are very welcome to visit our shop in Southall:

Do you offer fabric samples?
At present, we do not offer samples through the website. If you wish to see a fabric in person, we recommend visiting our store in Southall.
